Concrete Resin Diamond Polishing Pads

The Concrete Resin Diamond Polishing Pads are designed to be the last steps of polishing to achieve a high degree of shine and reflectivity on your surface. Since resin diamond pads are weaker then ceramic or hybrid bond pads, they yield the smoothest surface. They come with a velcro backing and different grits gradually going from 200 being coarse (hardest) and 3000 fine (softest). Available in 3″ diameter.

Grits:

• 200: Used to grind and remove the scratches from the 100 grit pad
• 400: Used to polish
• 800: Used to achieve a higher polish than 400 grit pad
• 1500: Used to achieve a higher polish than 800 grit pad
• 3000: Used to achieve the highest polish.

Steps for a perfect Polishing on NEW Concrete Counter Pours

1. Grind with grits 30-200 of the Diamond Polishing Pads
2. Apply SmartKrete Densifier XL
3. Polish with grits 400-3000 of the Resin Polishing Pads
4. Apply SmartKrete SmartGuard SP
5. Burnished with Hogs Hair Pads.
